Through the exploration of yin yoga, organic movement, sound & stillness, may we re-Source ourselves through our own direct embodied experience. The breath as our compass, we will navigate our ever-changing inner landscapes and descend into Autumn's embrace.

Yin Yoga is a unique and powerful practice that awakens the deep connective tissues- bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. We hold the poses for a longer period of time to enliven these tissues in a passive, yin like way. Yin Yoga allows us to drop deeply into our embodied awareness and offers us time & space to listen to the wisdom of the unfolding moment.

Born in Vancouver, Canada, Cami has journeyed to the British Isles to explore the roots of her family tree. She’s been teaching yoga & movement for eight years and is certified in hatha, yin, & prenatal. Her passion lies in the exploration of presence IN the body so that we may learn to trust our own organismic intelligence and authentically express our true nature.
