    Cultivating Mindfulness through Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) with Gretchen Faust

    10-1 and 2-5.  £25 per session and £45 for both if booked ahead. Drop-in rate is £30/£55 respectively. You can come to one or both of the sessions.

    An integrated practice that links Buddhist inquiry with the bodymind. It is an excellent for beginners or as an adjunct to an already established Yoga or Meditation practice, as well as having an inherent integrity as a practice in and of itself. Kum Nye cultivates the environment for meditation to arise effortlessly and being a practice, not a technique, results in the establishment of an empowered and embodied presence: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.It is hard to describe so best just to come along and see if it might be the practice for you!

    Bespoke Yoga Weekend with Gretchen Faust

    Saturday 11-5 £60/Sunday 10-2 £40 or £90 for both days. Attendance is limited to 8. Booking is necessary.

    Rather than packaging information into a 'one size fits all' workshop, these yoga weekends are intended to meet the individual needs of the participants who attend. I will address specific questions that you bring about postures, philosophy, anatomy, diet etc.

    This way everyone learns something relevant to their own practice, as well as learning a great deal from each other's queries.

Classes
