Learn how to undo your habitual patterns of tension through the practice of: SHADOW YOGA This workshop will introduce the practice of Shadow Yoga with its emphasis on rhythmic movement ,low stances and core integration through the use of Uddiyana Bandha. We will start the practice of the first prelude: Balakrama-Step to strength,which develops strength and stamina and is the first step in cultivating coordination and rhythm through the correct positioning of the body and awareness of the vital breath.
