    SCARAVELLI YOGA 'Opening Through the Body to Nourishment and Deep Rest' With Caroline Lang

    A day to immerse ourselves in this wonderful approach to yoga and meditation that is not a method but a discovery. The invitation is to relax, come back to centre and ground and attune to subtle relationships in the body. Yoga and meditation can be experienced as deeply nourishing, restful and pervaded with ease and joy.

    Caroline has worked closely with Sandra Sabatini, Diane Long and Sophy Hoare, all long-term students of the late Vanda Scaravelli. The depth of her teaching emerges from 28 years of practice, teaching and commitment to helping others.

    All are welcome, including beginners and those who teach. We can all learn from each other.

    An integrated practice that links Buddhist inquiry with the bodymind. It is an excellent for beginners or as an adjunct to an already established Yoga or Meditation practice, as well as having an inherent integrity as a practice in and of itself. Kum Nye cultivates the environment for meditation to arise effortlessly and organically the result of which is the establishment of an embodied presence: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. It is hard to describe so best just to come along and see if it might be the practice for you! All levels are welcome.
